These Terms govern your use of ailandscape.design, operated by NexusGrowth, LLC (“AI Landscape”). By creating an account or generating a design, you agree to them. If you’re using AI Landscape for an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept on its behalf.
Each section opens with a plain-English summary, followed by the formal language.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring you have the rights to any photo or image you upload.
You retain every right to the photos you upload. You warrant that you own or are licensed to use them, and that generating designs from them doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
We do not claim ownership of AI-generated output. Whether rights arise in an output, and their scope, depends on applicable law and third-party rights. Plus permits use for your personal residential property, including sharing a plan with a contractor for that property; it does not grant commercial use. Earlier paid plans and the earlier Project Pack retain the licenses promised when bought, including the Studio plan’s commercial use. Our processing of inputs and outputs is described in the Privacy Policy.
AI Landscape produces AI-generated images from your inputs. Output may vary, may contain visual inaccuracies, and is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Designs are visualizations, not construction, engineering or planting documents. You’re responsible for reviewing and verifying any design before relying on it or hiring a contractor to build it.
The yard-plan workspace currently offers a limited free public Beta allowance for plans, refinements and Visual Concepts; the current allowance is shown on our Pricing page. We may change the free allowance or pause new requests, and daily capacity is limited. Free units and paid credits are separate balances. Plus, when offered for purchase, is a paid subscription whose price, credits, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in Billing & Refunds.
The free allowance has no service-level commitment. We aim to keep saved plans, versions and shared briefs available, and if we end the free Beta we will give reasonable notice so you can save what you need. Existing purchased credits and their terms are addressed separately below. Plans and Visual Concepts made in the Beta may be used for personal purposes, including sharing with a contractor; the AI-generated output terms above apply.
You agree not to: upload content you don’t have the rights to; generate illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful imagery; misrepresent AI-generated output as something it isn’t; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or resell the service; or use AI Landscape to build a competing model. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.
Plus is billed at $19 per month or $119 once per year and includes 50 paid credits per service month, which do not roll over. It renews automatically until you cancel; canceling stops future renewal and does not remove the period already paid for. Its full terms are in Billing & Refunds.
The earlier Starter, Pro and Studio subscriptions and Project Pack are closed to new orders. Purchases made before the public Beta retain their granted amounts, expiry dates, renewal and license terms. Their paid credits work in the yard-plan workspace: one credit for a Visual Concept, or one for a plan or area refinement after the free allowance is used up and you confirm paid use. A failed charged call is credited back. Earlier designs keep their downloads. Historical billing and cancellation terms are in Billing & Refunds.
To the extent permitted by law, AI Landscape isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload.
You can stop using AI Landscape and close your account anytime; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We respond to valid copyright (DMCA) notices at legal@ailandscape.design and will remove infringing content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where AI Landscape’s operating entity NexusGrowth, LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update them; material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and version above, and significant changes will be communicated in-product or by email.
