These Terms govern your use of ailandscape.design, operated by NexusGrowth, LLC (“AI Landscape”). By creating an account or generating a design, you agree to them. If you’re using AI Landscape for an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept on its behalf.
Each section opens with a plain-English summary, followed by the formal language.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring you have the rights to any photo or image you upload.
You retain every right to the photos you upload. You warrant that you own or are licensed to use them, and that generating designs from them doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
As between you and AI Landscape, you own the designs you generate. Every paid plan (and the one-time Project Pack) includes a worldwide personal-use license: print your designs, share them, publish them, and hand them to your contractor. Using designs commercially — real-estate listings, client work, marketing or resale — requires the Studio plan’s commercial-use license. Designs generated on the free plan are watermarked and for personal evaluation only. We claim no ownership of your inputs or outputs and don’t reuse them to train models.
AI Landscape produces AI-generated images from your inputs. Output may vary, may contain visual inaccuracies, and is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Designs are visualizations, not construction, engineering or planting documents. You’re responsible for reviewing and verifying any design before relying on it or hiring a contractor to build it.
You agree not to: upload content you don’t have the rights to; generate illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful imagery; misrepresent AI-generated output as something it isn’t; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or resell the service; or use AI Landscape to build a competing model. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.
AI Landscape is offered on subscription plans with a monthly pool of design credits, plus an optional one-time Project Pack of credits. Billing, auto-renewal, the 7-day money-back guarantee and cancellation are described in our Billing & Refunds terms, which form part of this agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, AI Landscape isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload.
You can stop using AI Landscape and close your account anytime; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We respond to valid copyright (DMCA) notices at legal@ailandscape.design and will remove infringing content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where AI Landscape’s operating entity NexusGrowth, LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update them; material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and version above, and significant changes will be communicated in-product or by email.
