This page explains how AI Landscape bills, what a credit is, and how refunds and cancellation work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
New Starter, Pro and Studio subscriptions and the earlier Project Pack are closed to new orders. The public Beta gives new accounts a one-time free allowance, measured in units, not paid credits. Earlier purchases keep their granted credits and expiry dates. Plus, described next, is a separate subscription; it does not change any earlier purchase.
Plus Monthly is $19 USD charged each month. Plus Annual is $119 USD charged once per year; it is not billed monthly. All prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law. Both renew automatically at the same interval until you cancel, and each renewal is charged to your saved payment method.
Each paid service month includes 50 paid credits. Plus Annual adds 50 credits at the start of each of its 12 service months; it does not add 600 at once. Credits not used by the end of their service month expire and do not roll over. A plan, a refinement of one area, or a Visual Concept uses 1 paid credit, and a failed charged request is credited back.
Plus credits are separate from the free Beta units. A plan or refinement uses free units first and uses a paid credit only after you confirm; a Visual Concept uses a paid credit first when you have one. Paid credits are spent in order of earliest expiry.
You can cancel future renewal at any time from Account → Subscription & plan → Manage billing. Canceling does not end the period you already paid for: you keep its credits until it ends (on Plus Annual, including the monthly credits still due in the paid year), and your saved plans, versions and Visual Concepts remain in your account afterwards and when credits run out.
For a first Plus purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days if that purchase has zero net paid-credit consumption. A full refund also stops future renewal and revokes unused and future credits from that purchase. Renewal payments have no general 7-day refund promise, subject to your statutory rights. Partial refund requests are reviewed individually. If a charged Plus request fails after its service month ends, its technical replacement credit is valid for 30 days. Plus is for personal residential use.
Plus does not include unlimited use, HD or 4K downloads, measured construction drawings, human design review, priority processing, team seats or commercial-use rights. Daily capacity is limited, so a new request can occasionally be paused; saved work is not affected. For a Plus billing question or refund request, email legal@ailandscape.design. In the current yard-plan workspace, a Visual Concept uses one paid credit. A plan or one area refinement uses one free unit first; when the free allowance is exhausted, it can use one paid credit after you confirm. A Visual Concept uses paid credit first when available, otherwise two free units after the page shows that choice. A failed charged call is credited back. Paid grants are spent by earliest expiry. The retired renderer’s Standard/HD rates and three free preview credits do not describe a new workspace account.
The earlier one-time Project Pack ($29, 80 credits) is not a subscription. Its original 12-month validity remains. The earlier paid plans and Project Pack are listed here to preserve terms for their purchasers; they are not currently on sale.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You’ll see the renewal amount and date before you pay, and we email a receipt for every charge. Annual plans are billed once for the year (up to ~38% less than paying monthly). One-time Project Packs never renew.
For an earlier subscription purchase, email legal@ailandscape.design within 7 days of your first subscription payment to request the promised refund. On annual plans, if you have consumed more than one month’s credit allotment we may deduct the value of extra credits used. Renewal payments and earlier one-off charges after the first 7 days are non-refundable except where required by law. This paragraph applies only to earlier subscription purchases.
You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the current paid period, after which the plan ends and unused plan credits expire. Project Pack credits are unaffected by cancellation — they keep their own 12-month validity.
All prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law. If a payment fails, we’ll retry and notify you; access may be paused until the balance is settled. We give advance notice of any price change.
