AI Landscape is operated by NexusGrowth, LLC (“AI Landscape”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware limited liability company at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, which is the data controller for the information described here. We provide AI landscape design at ailandscape.design. This policy describes the information we process when you browse the site, create an account, and generate designs — and the rights you hold over that information.
It applies across every AI Landscape service unless a separate notice says otherwise. We’ve written it to be read: each section opens with a plain-English summary, followed by the formal language.
Account information — your email and, if you sign in with Google, your basic profile, plus billing details processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
Uploads & prompts — the yard photos you submit, together with the prompts and settings you choose, kept only to produce and deliver your designs.
Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage events, used to keep the service secure, reliable, and fast.
We process the photos, brief, location details and choices you submit to produce and deliver the plan and Visual Concepts you request. We do not use your uploads, prompts or outputs to train, fine-tune or improve models. The same no-training commitment applies when we select model providers.
You retain rights to the photos you submit. For photo checks and AI planning, the request can pass through OpenRouter to an underlying model provider; a Visual Concept is sent to fal.ai and the model provider it uses. These requests may include your photo or a temporary link to it, together with relevant brief and location details. Your saved plans and images remain in your account. You can request deletion of your uploads and designs; we remove them within 30 days of your request or account closure, subject to records we must keep by law.
We use the information above to operate the design pipeline, maintain your account and credit balance, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, and provide support.
We never sell your personal information. With your consent, we share limited measurement data with analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta) so we can understand how the product is used and how well our ads perform — you can decline this in the cookie banner with no effect on the product.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: account information and designs while your account is active, billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and technical logs for a limited period. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
The providers below help us operate the service. The current workspace sends photo checks and AI planning through OpenRouter to Anthropic or Amazon Bedrock, with fallback outside that set disabled in code. A legacy photo check can pass through fal.ai’s OpenRouter wrapper. Visual Concepts use fal.ai and its image-model route. Provider location and data handling vary by route and provider. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email legal@ailandscape.design from your account address. We respond within 30 days and never charge you to make a request.
